“END OF CAPITALISM OR END OF THE WORLD” ANDRECO

Our friend Andreco spent a couple of weeks with us last summer working on his linocut “end of capitalism or end of the world” the result is a combination between handmade engraving and mobile bakelite typos from the ’50, printed with the “split fountain” technique.

The first 10 copies of this release will help the research about coronavirus at the Spallanzani Hospital in Italy.

You can get info about the research and donations checking the website here: https://www.inmi.it/

END OF CAPITALISM OR END OF THE WORLD

“We are facing the shadow of the sixth mass extinction, a quick biodiversity loss, a global environmental, sanitarian and climatic crisis, due to Capitalism. A system based on the extraction of limited natural resources for an illimited growth. Capitalism has failed. It is time to end it and start a new way of living on this damaged world, making alliances with the ecosystem and the other species of the planet. Let's be more symbiotic and less parasites”. Andreco

Andreco
